Fans of movies like your name and weathering with you should be happy. Recently it was revealed that Dakota Sinai, the director of these and more anime films, will reveal more information about the next project on him next week.
According to the official Dakota Sinai account on Twitter, The Director has planned an appearance on the Official Canal of Too Movie on YouTube on December 15. Here, the filmmaker will share new information about its next anime tape. Thus, many expect at least the name of this project to be revealed.
The presentation of December 15 will be available in Japanese with subtitles in English. While at the moment there are no specific details about this film, Sinai mentioned that this project will have post-apocalyptic elements, this to reflect the world during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was what he mentioned it in an interview with TV Ash last year:
It is a story in which something important happens that the power itself can not affect anything. When making this movie, I want a part of people think: 'Somehow we will manage to get ahead, right?' The coronavirus is a large-scale disaster, but I think throughout the decades of our lives We will experience many forms of disaster. Many things in society will reach a dramatic finish, or will change dramatically, but even after that, people will continue to find the way to survive.
Recall that weathering with you, the most recent Sinai tape, premiered in 2019, so fans look forward to the following director's work. However, filmmaker has mentioned that the next film is still at least a year away.
On related topics, my Hero Academy: World Heroes Mission already has a release date in Mexico. Similarly, the Internet reacted to the cancellation of the LIVE ACTION series of COWBOY BEBOP.
Editor's note:
Weathering with You is one of my favorite movies, and you can not wait to see what Dakota Sinai has prepared. Although there are not many details, we will surely see another love story with supernatural elements, but it is not discarded something completely new for the director.
