What is this tip? In itself, the tip is easy: learns all other lanes. Since I've started with Lol some time ago after a long break, I noticed that directly, especially as a returnee.
Since I stopped, much has changed. Meanwhile, almost every champion can be played on each position. This changes the momentum of the team, but not necessarily how the lanes work.
After a lot of trial, I landed back on one of my old positions, the Jungle. And when viewing various guides I noticed that exactly this tip is hardly mentioned.
Note that this tip is really useful for new players and returnees. Who knows LOL well, will hardly take advantage of it. But even here it is worthwhile to look over the own horizon and not to get on one thing:
Learn all Lanes, then you can make you lighter
That's why it helps to know the Lanes: As a Jungle, it is important to know what your team members do right now. You often have only a brief moment to assess the situation at all. In a few moments you have to decide:
Is my teammate ready for a bank? Does he just need a buff? Do I have to save him, because the opposing Jungle grants? Where was the opposing Jungle, and can I steal his camps right now?
But you only play youngers, you can only hit such assessments. Because you only know your point of view. If you think that a kill was loose in it, your teammates come to a very different result.
What do I learn from it? If you know how the other lanes work, you can assess better and faster, which strategy help you to victory. Some examples:
Is the opposing jungle extremely aggressive, punished him by stealing his camps or doing important goals like the dragon. Failure one or more lanes perfectly, let them go defensively and focuses only on those who can still win. Better a late comeback as a loss on a whole line. Are your teammates dominant, helping them and collects supports. But let the other Lanes the kills. Games your teammates too passive or lack a strong player, take the kills themselves and become carry.
