Borussia Dortmund: Marin Pongracic with a successful debut

How to GET MLB 19 The Show Rosters in MLB 18 The Show! Many time to get used to Marin Pongracic did not remain so far with his new club. Only on the last day of the summer transfer period, the BVB committed the defender on a loan base (with purchase option) from VfL Wolfsburg. But when the 24-year-old appeared on the training grounds of the Dortmund in the district Brackel, most of the colleagues were no longer there, but already with their national teams. Before his start-up debut in Leverkusen, Pongracic has hardly trained with his secondary manual Akanji, in the tactical area even not at all. Not only measured because of the Croatian national player on Saturday celebrated a surprisingly good premiere in black-yellow jersey - and conceded a praise of his coach Marco Rose, who had already worked with him in Salzburg.

I find Marin made a very good game, says the BVB coach. He was very present, as long as his forces have served, and with the ball tidy. In fact, that Pongracic was not only a good two-fighter - which could decide in his first game for Borussia strong 83 percent of his duels - but also brings the necessary peace and passport security (86 percent) in the game building.

Three goals are always humiliating

Pongracic was not completely satisfied with his debut - which was mainly due to the counterfeiters: We got three goals, that is always humiliating for an interior defender, said the defender who had a birthday on Saturday, but we have Fortunately, one more shot and deserved to win as a winner. Not only for the viewers, but also for him it was a madness game , as in an action film . Could not contradict him in the face of the spectacle, both of which organized both teams in the approximately 96 game minutes on Saturday.

The fact that he no longer experienced the final phase on the lawn, but was replaced in the 84th minute for Mats Hummels, Pongracic did not have to worry. He is the challenger of the budget defense chief. But Hummels will need some time after his diffuse injury on the knee, as Rose described, until he is in full ownership of his forces. Already on Wednesday, when the BVB starts at Besiktas in the new Champions League season, Pongracic could therefore wave the next startTarf insert. He would be deserved after his successful debut in Leverkusen in any case.
