Another actor has been confirmed for the Sonic the hedgehog 2 film with Lee Majdoub ready to repeat his Stone Agent role in the sequel. The news was announced on Wednesday through the social accounts of Sonic The Hedgehog films with the advertisement adequately framed around the National Coffee Day Holiday. The new Sonic the hedgehog 2 The film has already finished filming and is scheduled to reach the cinemas on April 8, 2022.
The announcement on the return of Majdoub can be seen below, courtesy of the Twitter account of Sonic The Hedgehog films. An image included with the announcement referred to one of the most popular scenes shared between Agent Stone and Dr. Robotnik by Jim Carrey in the first sonic the film-film.

Majdoub returned to share the Tweet soon after and confirmed himself that he in fact he will return to the movie while he asks . You really thought that Dr. Robotnik could do this without me?
That scene to which he is referred to in the Tweet, in case he has forgotten or has not seen the first film, can be seen below to add some context to Tweet. During part of the Sonic the Erizo film where Dr. Robotnik works and dances in the laboratory of him, he is interrupted at a time by Agent Stone that brings him a coffee with milk with a steamed Austrian goat. The two scenes shared throughout the film, but this is one of the best shows the relationship and personality of the characters.
Majdoub is only the last of several actors and actresses who have been confirmed for the new sonic the 2 film hedgehog before its launch in April. Ben Schwartz, the actor of dubbing of the Sonic himself, will of course return to lend his voice once again to Blue Blur. Carrey and more like James Marsden and Tika Sumpter will also interpret his papers in the new movie.
Along with these returning characters, we have also learned that we recently obtained confirmations of new characters, but still very familiar, who will be in the film. Following numerous rumors that suggested so much, Knuckles will actually be in Sonic the hedgehog 2 . The Equidna will be interpreted for nothing less than Idris Elba, a decision to deal confirmed after many speculation about who would interpret the character in case he appears in the new movie.
Sonic Erizo 2 is scheduled to reach the cinemas on April 8, 2022.
